A good time was had by all this morning at Bud’s Ultimate Fitness, Inc. We had a spinning class complete with Christmas music and elf hats. After spinning, Bud lead us through an intense upper body workout. We went though a whole deck of cards–meaning that each time she drew a card we had to do that number of reps, depending on which suit it was. The four exercises were bicep curls, squats, shoulder presses and push ups. For example, a 10 of spades was ten bicep curls. All face cards equaled 10 reps. Bud always keeps workouts interesting!
