Small Group Fitness Class - Buds Ultimate Fitness

Each group only has 4 to 5 people with varying ability levels. classes run early, mid-morning and late afternoon. Monday thru Thursday & Saturday.


*Personal 1 on 1 training is by appointment and can be scheduled throughout the day from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  Monday Thru Thursday.

Training with a small group in an intimate atmosphere gives each of our clients the motivation to achieve their personal fitness goals. Those who join our small group fitness classes each week truly enjoy coming in to do a variety of exercises including cardio training, weight training, spinning classes, health coaching, and body composition fitness assessments. We even have monthly reunion check-ins!
